He is now the Head Chef at the Lamb in Winkton, serving English tapas, little plates of England with fresh local produce, a restaurant with a beautiful garden and only 5 minutes drive from Christchurch.
After studying at Bournemouth and Poole Catering College he worked at Langan’s Brasserie in the heart of London, his first taste of pressure in a busy kitchen.
