Come along and enjoy cooking. Learn to develop new recipes and techniques with our expert chefs. Something for everyone from aged 3-14!

All food and equipment will be provided, just bring your own apron.

Workshop one - For 3-5 year olds: 'Little Munchkins Cookery Parties'

Times: 10.30am - 12noon
or
2.30pm – 4.00pm.


Join Justine and Nikki for a 'Little Munchkins' cookery party where you will learn to make delicious banana bread, pizza toppings, enjoy party games and lots of yummy food.


You will do your own cooking but we would like a parent or guardian to stay with you.

Workshop two - For 6-10 years olds: 'Lucy and Lesley's Little Chefs'

Times: 10.00am, 12.30am and 3.30pm


Join Lesley and Lucy from the Grange school cookery department for 'Little Chefs' where you will learn to make a delicious risotto and dropped scones on Saturday or mini burgers in pitta pockets and fruit smoothies on Sunday.

Workshop three - For 9 -14 year olds: 'Creative Cookery and knife skills'

Times: 9.30am and 3.00pm


Luke Stuart of the highly regarded White Pepper Cookery school invites you develop a new skill and to gain more confidence when using knives.

Practice cutting, chopping and dicing. You will also learn to make a classic soup, and develop an understanding of taste and recipe development by using a mystery box of extra ingredients.

Competition with prizes!.

Workshop four - For 9-14 year olds: 'Liz's Tortellini Workshops'

Times: 10.15am, 1.00pm and 3.00pm


Liz Farrow the acclaimed chef/lecturer from Bournemouth and Poole College is back with her popular pasta workshops and invites you to make mushroom tortellini filled with asparagus and accompanied with a tomato pesto.
