For our 11th anniversary, join us for a selection of sizzling demonstrations from TV celebrity chefs and our local restaurant chefs in the Rangemaster Theatre supported by Granite Transformations situated in Saxon Square. Food supplied and sponsored by Waitrose.

Some sessions are available with lunch at Splinters and the Captains Club Hotel which include VIP seats.

The winners of our secondary schools competition cook against each other and the results are announced for the Primary schools ‘Design a Meal on a paper plate Competition.
For the most luscious breakfast ideas join David and Caroline from Heart FM and Mike Calvert from 'Cheese and Alfies,' our latest town centre cafe, who serve really imaginative food for the whole family.
Award winning chef Paul Putt of Splinters restaurant demonstrates his favourite dishes from his summer menu.

The acclaimed Indian chef cooks up some classic and modern Indian dishes from his repertoire at his award winning restaurant Namast in London.

Food Festival resident chef Ian Hewitt and Sue Spooner from Spooners demonstrate a selection of the recipes carried out during the Spring in our primary schools cookery workshops.
Join the Mussell Bros for a competition to see who makes most of the same ingredients.
Simon Hallam acclaimed chef-proprietor of The Crooked Beam Restaurant cooks up some delicious dishes from his summer menus to tickle your taste buds.

Festival patron Lesley for new ideas for cooking Food for the family. A session aimed at easy economical family cooking.
Fine Indian cooking from one of Christchurch’s latest restaurants.
Andrew Gault from the Captain’s Club and James Fiske from The Conqueror at the East Close, head chefs from two of our best restaurants, cook against each other to see who creates the best dishes from the same ingredients.

A unique session of cooking to celebrate 100 years of the Girl Guide movement.
Rose Elliott is a renowned chef and author of many cookery books on preparing fresh healthy vegetarian food. Rose will be preparing ideas for summer meals from her latest books.
A second chance to see the acclaimed Indian chef cook up some classic and modern Indian dishes from his repertoire using fresh local ingredients.
