The Dorset Inflatable Pub - named The Final Furlong after a much-loved Christchurch photographer, Simon Furlong, who worked closely with the Dorset Mobile Bar company, and sadly died after a short battle with cancer – will be back at the Festival running a Beer Festival in the pub and a marquee.  There will be over 50 local real ales and ciders from in and around Dorset and the New Forest.  Enjoy a pint or two in The Final Furlong and do donate to their collection in Simon’s memory for Christchurch Macmillan Unit.

At 7pm enjoy a riverside drinks reception in the elegant VIP Marquee on Christchurch Quay before strolling over to the main marquee where a Moroccan-themed three course feast will be served.Dean is teaming up with four of our finest local chefs to produce this delicious meal in such a perfect setting. He will demonstrate exactly how they cooked the main course, and will then be on hand for a Q&A session during the meal as well as circulating to talk to everyone.
