Christchurch Food Festival teamed up with Bournemouth and Poole College students to deliver a ‘Pop up Restaurant’ which launched this year’s Festival Weekend. This fantastic event was hosted by the Dorset Chamber of Commerce and Industry and sponsored by Real Recruitment Solutions.
A drinks reception and canapés in the Festival VIP Marquee was followed by a delicious two-course lunch in the Lovett Demonstration Theatre, created and delivered by the Bournemouth and Poole College Hospitality and Catering Students.
Guest speaker was be Diane Grannell, Principal of Bournemouth & Poole College.
